We're seeking an experienced Help Desk Analyst. This is a technical position accountable for providing computer support over the telephone from a Help Desk area. Computer hardware and software experience including multiple operating systems and networking background required.
This position will be expected to follow clearly distinct procedures and will take direction from the Help Desk supervisor. Two years technical support experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
Outstanding customer service, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills are critical to the achievement of this position. In addition, the successful candidate will show flexibility, the ability to work well under pressure and have strong analytical skills.
Comprehensive desktop support for standard office productivity and other proprietary applications
Active Directory support, account creation and maintenance
Exchange account management, suspension and deactivation
Track and respond to user queries
Maintain and update helpdesk ticketing system
Enforcing desktop security protocols
Deploying new workstations and laptops
User account management for application and phone systems
Basic LAN troubleshooting
Mobile device management
