The Human Resources- Talent Acquisition is responsible for performing HR related duties on a professional level and working closely with management in supporting assigned locations and tasks.
This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:
recordkeeping and employment law compliance.
This position requires an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization while being sensitive to finding a balance of employee goodwill and meeting the needs of the business.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
1-3 years of progressive career growth as an HR Generalist
PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
Understanding of local, state and federal employment laws and compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with ability to move projects forward while balancing day to day duties.
Proficient active listening and presentation skills.
Excellent organization, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
High attention to detail.
Customer focused attitude with high level of professionalism and discretion.
