SUMMARY A national manufacturing company seeks a Customer Service Representative to join a department of six people in the Butler, PA office / plant location.
POSITION The successful candidate will perform the following duties: • Answer incoming customer calls • Answer questions regarding product line and check availability • Enter order-related information into the computer • Respond to inquiries regarding the status of orders • Research customer order status with production and shipping • Interface with customers, production, and management • Will perform general clerical functions such as filing, copying, and faxing • Sharing the duty of greeting incoming visitors and giving them direction
Work hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Pay will start at $11.00 an hour, with increase based in progress with training and performance. Benefits are offered.
REQUIREMENTS • Customer service experience and excellent phone skills • Ability to keep on top of things and provide follow up • Good verbal and written communication skills • Good data entry skills and ability to navigate in Windows • Attention to detail and organization • High energy level and positive attitude • Must be able to pass criminal background check
