Our Client has an immediate need for a Desk Side Support- Level II. The position is located in the McMurray, PA area. This is a part-time position. The ideal candidate must support all levels of employees in a corporate environment. Candidates should be a proven self-starter, detailed oriented, have excellent customer service, and technical troubleshooting skills with three or more years of experience.
Proficient troubleshooting skills that includes hardware, software, and other break/fix issues which might include printing, networking, file shares, etc.
Solve customer support issues by visiting the end-user's location.
Provide support in an office or manufacturing environment that will consist of standard PC hardware and software troubleshooting.
Three or more years of experience providing desk side support.
Expertise in basic network troubleshooting skills and knowledge.
Proficient in the latest Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
