Drive lean manufacturing and automation concepts across all plants.
Overall automation and control strategy and standards.
Coordinate and train plants with project plan development including scope, schedule, budget estimate, risk identification, and economic evaluation.
Monitor, control, forecast, and report all capital spending.
Plan, manage, implement, and control projects in multiple sites.
Annual budgeting of capital.
Coordinate asset management program implementation.
