Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and suggestions within the company’s service level agreement standards (SLAs)
Respond to customer issues via phone and email
Document product problems and work closely with internal engineering teams to monitor the resolution of issues
Walk customers through solutions
Stage hardware for internal review
Research technical issues
Review product change requests
Associate’s degree in a technical discipline required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Two or more years of related experience
Calm, helpful demeanor
Ability to work independently with little direction
Strong multi-tasker; able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in parallel
