Our Client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator/Software Analyst. The position is located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 12+ month contract assignment with possibility of an extension. Ideal candidates must have prior experience as a Project Coordinator or Executive Administrator focusing on customer service and task prioritization.
The position will receive software requests from end users/customers and then help them through the process of getting the software ordered.
This candidate will also work directly with customers to request quotes for certain products, then process a PO.
Assist with the software license compliance as part of the computer refresh process.
Must be able to multi task, shift gears and reprioritize based on new tasks.
General IT background
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to prioritize tasks
Strong customer service skills
Bachelors degree prefered but not required
Prior applicable experience:
Prior Project Coordinator experience working with customers and helping them through a process
