We are currently working with a privately held, family oriented company in the custom stamping industry to identify an experienced and motivated Quality Assurance Manager.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for overall direction and success of Quality operations.
Maintain the Quality Management System to ensure compliance.
Facilitate the undertaking of internal and process audits.
Create and maintain proper inspection procedures.
Facilitate PPAP; FMEAs, process control plans, dimensional analysis, etc.
Perform root cause analysis and problem solving by collecting and analyzing data.
Train and mentor other team members on all aspects of the quality system and application of proper procedures.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Quality Assurance role; stamping environment preferred.
Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and TS 16949 standards required; experience completing initial TS certification highly desirable.
ASQ Quality Auditor certification or training a plus.
Sound capabilities in 3D inspection, alignment, measurement, and GD&T; PowerINSPECT and/or PolyWorks software preferred.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
