We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to manage our clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by understanding their requirements.
Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with company executives and and preparing customer reports. Accounts managers will liaise between customers and internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our campaigns according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience. Account manager will work together with our sales team to achieve sales quotas and grow our business.
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
Assists sales process by scheduling appointments; keeping detailed notes of meeting, making presentations; understanding account requirements.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with company executives.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of campaigns
Create and streamline procedures
Customer service experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; decision-making skills and sensitivity when dealing with confidential information.
Excellent computer skills, including Chrome and Googe Drive.
Base Camp, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Calendy experience preferred.
