We are creating the product leader role to ensure we develop and create a product range and assortment that best serves our customer – from bras to undies and beyond. The focus of the role is to identify the core product needs of our customer, develop an assortment – styles and colors – to meet those needs, and finally to develop and deliver that assortment through our e-commerce channel. They will then translate those needs into an assortment, determining price points and inventory levels, that allows us to build our brand and enables us to deliver on our revenue and margin goals.
