Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh seeks a full-time Enterprise Risk Assessment Manager. The position will conduct Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh (CMP) risk assessments and identify appropriate response by museum staff, to include workplace safety, natural disaster, theft, vandalism, accidental damage, and terrorist threat. The position will update training materials to reflect changes in exposure and risk, and will schedule and conduct training for all CMP employees or contracted workers. Responsible for ensuring that life safety training and compliance program adheres to all applicable building codes, fire/life safety codes, and OSHA standards, for our industry and facilities. The position will also be responsible for evaluating and maintaining appropriate levels of insurance coverage for all aspects of CMP business including but not limited to general liability, auto, cyber, fine arts, worker's compensation.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Prefer college degree.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Prefer previous training and experience in assessment of business risks and knowledge of practices and methods that can be used to protect assets. Valid drivers license required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to work from ladder and scaffold, climb, maintain balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50-pounds or more. This position requires working various schedules and times including daylight, evenings, nights, and weekends.
