SUMMARY We are seeking an Executive Level Receptionist to provide support in the new corporate headquarters of an international company. This new office is in Warrendale, PA and will consist of company executives (like the CEO and VP’s), as well as the operations, IT and HR professionals. You can expect to interact with international visitors and clients. Weekly work schedule of Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Pay rate around the $17.00-$18.00 an hour range.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Answering phones, transferring calls and taking messages • Answering the door, signing visitors in / out and giving them direction • Making identification badges for staff • Processing incoming / outgoing mail, faxes and emails • Scheduling conference rooms, and making sure that all audio visual equipment, catering, and materials are provided • Providing clerical support where needed including data entry, faxing, typing up documents, assembling packets of documents etc.
REQUIREMENTS • Professional administrative support experience • Professional communication skills and good phone skills • Neat professional appearance • Polite, well spoken, helpful and team oriented • Organized and able to handle multiple tasks independently • Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
