Our client, located North of Pittsburgh, is seeking a candidate to operate consistent with HR and IT policies, practices and controls and in a manner that reflects the worldwide values of Global Organization. The ideal candidate will have seven years of experience.
Project & Organizational Change Support 10%
HRMS Team and Global System Support 30%
HR Process Documentation 15%

Seven (7) years of experience with a global HRMS environment or applicable
Special Skills :
Prior meaningful experience with Oracle’ cloud solutions or other HRMS including implementation (preferably global), reporting/queries, system maintenance, issue resolution, and administrator/end-user training
Some understanding of global/regional HR process localizations
Ability to handle multiple priorities involving external and internal priorities
Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross cultural, global team environment
Handle special assignments promptly and professionally
Set a high standard of ethics, professionalism, leadership, and competency
Demonstrates and promotes Worldwide values: Customer First; Honesty and Integrity, Open Communications, Teamwork, Continuous Improvement and Learning; Manage by the “Facts”; A Safe, Clean and Orderly Workplace
Preferred BS in information technology or application security and HR experience required
