ORGANIZATION A financial services provider is growing and looking for an additional administrative support person for the Fox Chapel, Pittsburgh corporate office.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Receive and enter client information into the computer • Call clients to verify and gather information • Send client information out to brokers nationwide • Organize and maintain fee agreements for the brokers • Enter fees received into software and send out acknowledgements to brokers • Administrative work such as copying, filing etc • Enter and communicate information coming from the brokers to the head office staff
Weekly work schedule of Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:15 pm. Pay rate of around $15.00 an hour.
REQUIREMENTS • At least two years of administrative office and/or accounting experience • Strong accurate data entry skills and attention to detail • Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills • Ability to use the internet for research • Able to work in a fast paced environment • Professional language and presentation • Ability to prioritize own work and adjust to change • Strong organizational skills • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
