We accomplish this through an innovative suite of hardware and software products that are used by over 1,000 senior living communities throughout North America. These products help seniors residing in these communities engage with their communities and with each other, which helps them feel a sense of belonging. We have recently launched a new generation of products, and are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to 1) sell our industry leading product line to senior living communities nationwide, and 2) sell additional products to our large existing customer base.
Job Summary: As a Regional Director of Sales you will be part of Touchtown’s small but vibrant sales team, and shall be an important contributor to the success of the company. You will have responsibility for several US States and a number of key accounts. Within your territory, you will be responsible for providing sales growth by hunting/closing new business and nurturing existing accounts. This outside sales role develops strategies, initiates the sales process, and is responsible for coordinating internal resources to successfully capture new business.
Essential Job Functions:
Act as primary contact for key decision makers
Develop and leverage relationships to generate new revenue in the Senior Living market.
Present and close opportunities for proposals and contracts.
Complete sales reports and communicate strategies with internal team members.
Other duties as assigned.
5+ years of sales experience with demonstrated ability to execute prospecting strategies for establishing and growing accounts
Ability to develop relationships in person and over the phone
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills
Effective time-management and organizational skills
Self-motivated with demonstrated initiative
Warm and friendly personality
Demonstrated high energy and a drive for results
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Willingness to be flexible with schedule to meet the demands of customers
Occasional overnight travel may be required
Valid, unexpired driver’s license with a good driving record required
Successful experience selling technology products
Experience moving prospects through a sales process and with tracking progress by using a Customer Relationship Management software system such as Salesforce.com
Sales experience selling to senior living communities
