SUMMARY We are working with a North Pittsburgh area manufacturer of highly specialized electrical products and components to identify a Project Manager.
The Project Manager will manage medium to large scale product development projects from start to finish. This role requires an extremely strong technical background and the ability to work in a fluid, start-up environment. All candidates will have established project management experience, including product development and launch experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES Include but are not limited to: • Ownership for all aspects of project planning, execution, control and budget. • Communication of decisions affecting project budget, scope, and schedules. • Project reporting; status, plans, and risks to key stakeholders, including executive management, internal and external customers. • Delegate tasks and work packages in line with project needs and manage to deadlines. • Communicate project resources, deliverables, and objectives to project team. • Promote and encourage inter-team motivation and collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS • BS in Engineering required; Electrical preferred. • A minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience in a contract manufacturing setting required. • Proven experience in new product development and launch required; custom, technology-based design projects preferred. • DBIA or PMP certifications preferred. • Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as needed is required. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen. • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
