Our client is seeking a Sage Developer who will be responsible for the Sage Development for all Business Units. This is a contract to hire opportunity. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of Sage development experience.
General knowledge of Accounting, Disbursements and Treasury Management in order to provide meaningful reports and enhancements
Provide effective results in the design, development, and support of the Sage application and systems based on business demands
Knowledgeable about secure software development practices
Effectively coordinate with internal clients to resolve incidents and manage enhancement requests
Onshore and Offshore delivery model
Ability to handle and manage optimally a remote delivery model. Effective resource management and utilization management
Use development best practices to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Build documentation and knowledge base as the team resolves the issues
Two or more years of Sage Development experience
MAS500/Sage development is highly preferred
Working experience in Title and Closing is preferred
Experience in event-driven programming and multi-tiered Client/Server architectures
Academic and/or career related experience with building applications using: C#, XML, .Net, SQL Server
