KJLC is a growing global manufacturer and distributor of vacuum science technology products and services.
The Inside Sales Manager (ISM) carries an overriding responsibility to contribute to corporate sales efforts by building, nurturing, and managing a highly effective inside sales team, leading to profitable business levels within the North American Sales Territories. This person will interface with all levels of KJLC management and employees throughout the entire organization. The ISM will contribute to sales and marketing strategies of all current and future products within the four business divisions of KJLC, and have responsibility for an annual sales and gross profit quota.
Key Job Elements:
Daily supervision and management of U.S.A. Inside Sales.
Monitor sales statistics including incoming phone calls, sales orders, sales quotations, and other KPIs.
Promote a proactive sales environment and effective communication.
Advise Inside Sales on customer related issues that pertain to sales situational advice, contract review, sales quotation review, communication with other departments, product information, etc.
Complete yearly performance evaluations.
Develop and manage compensation packages.
Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of business experience.
Advanced reading, writing, and math skills.
Ability to persuade and influence others.
Capable of developing and delivering corporate presentations and materials.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
