Opening for an Administrative Assistant with our innovative technology client.
The Administrative Assistant will assist with various administrative duties as well as data entry, purchasing and operations-related tasks.
Update and maintain calendars and contact lists
Monitor in and out boxes and handle content as requested
Make travel arrangements
Prepare and coordinate meetings
Schedule and create presentations for monthly operations meeting
Attend and take minutes for weekly operations leadership
Create/Maintain Operations Sharepoint site
Administration of Customer Care Survey data collection, including charting, weekly collection and distribution of comments, and categorization of comments.
Filing or scanning of documents as needed
Data Entry into ERP systems to support Document Control of technology products and accessories
Back up the buyer in Purchasing with special order part entries as needed; Create Bills of Materials
Assist with creation or updating of spreadsheets
Associate's Degree preferred
2 years’ administrative experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced MS Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
Excellent typing and keyboarding skills with accuracy
Customer service orientation
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
