Our Client, a leading financial services company headquartered in Pittsburgh, is currently seeking qualified candidates for an Application Cybersecurity Analyst position. This individual will conduct application security assessments and work with the programming staff as an independent resource to help ensure adherence to application security best practices.

Review of code scans generated by scanning software.
Completes periodic scanning of application code using scanning software
Ensures security vulnerabilities are remediated in a timely fashion.
Provides guidance and insight to the Development team regarding risk assessments of application coding.
Develop and track ongoing application security metrics.
Associate’s Degree in Information Systems (or similar), or equivalent experience.
Minimum two years of experience with programming languages like Java or .NET.
Knowledge of OWASP tools and methodologies
Knowledge of common SDLC Practices.
Understanding and familiarity with common code review methods and standards.
Must possess strong analytical skills.
Strong technical documentation skills required.
Willing to engage in ongoing cyber and application security related training.
