All Lines Technology is seeking a Processing Center Supervisor who will manage a team of five or more Intake Specialists assisting in training new hires, daily functions, and reporting.
General administrative duties as needed (i.e. faxing, copying, typing, etc.)
Update and manage status reports. Build knowledge of Firm and client processes.
Create, print and distribute materials through mailings.
Be the point person for Pittsburgh Processing function and the Boston team.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels in person, by phone and by email.
Skilled in a variety of technology tools, including Microsoft Office and both hardware and software scanning technologies (Canon or Xerox)
Ability to anticipate situations and respond quickly and professionally
Very strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
Extensive file and document management experience.
Ability to self-organize and prioritize tasks.
Capable of managing a multiple person team; has had previous experience training and assisting peers or subordinates.
