Our Client is seeking a Senior Development Manager in the Pittsburgh, PA area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a medium to large-sized team or multiple small teams responsible for all phases of the systems development and implementation process.

Additional responsibilities include:
Provide analysis, design, development, testing, and ongoing support for the client area application systems in an environment of diverse development platforms, computing environments, software, hardware, technology, and tools
Analyze organizational needs for application development and interfaces with clients to ensure systems are developed that meet their business requirements
Oversee application programming and analysis projects which include development, installation, and maintenance of application programs
Act as an advocate for change management, encourage innovation and creativity in technology solutions
Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team
To succeed in this role you will need the following:
10+ years of experience in systems analysis and program development with related supervisory, management, and administrative experience
Experience with Windows platforms
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven leadership skills
Experience in the financial services industries
