ORGANIZATION: National service provider seeks assistant to support the busy Sales / Marketing department in the Warrendale regional office. This person coordinates the paperwork and process, including communication with clients.
POSITION: Responsibilities include: • Preparing and sending out materials, proposals and contracts to clients for the sales managers • Creating, updating and entering client information, into computer profiles • Assisting with coordinating materials and arrangements for meetings • Calculating and preparing reports of sales commission • Preparing and distributing statistical reports to clients or management
Weekly work schedule Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Pays $16.00 an hour to start. Benefits are offered.
REQUIREMENTS: • Administrative experience, coordinating multiple activities and tasks • Good Word and Excel skills • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Good verbal and written English language skills • Able to work in an energetic busy office environment • Strong attention to detail • Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen
