SUMMARY We are working with a small, growing custom fabricator located in Western PA to identify the successful candidate to join their team as Sales & Marketing Manager.
Reporting directly to the Vice President/General Manager, the Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for all sales and marketing activities for new and existing customers and prospects.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Maintains the CRM with updated contacts and all sales activities. • Tracks all new RFQ’s. • Follows up on all quotes. • Communicates directly with customers; building and maintaining relationships. • Leads sales team consisting of national Manufacturer’s Reps. • Works closely with the Management Team to forecast short and long-term sales. • Provides competitive pricing and market reports. • Travels to meet with customers and work with Manufacturer’s Reps. • Effectively prospects for new customers and accounts leading to new RFQs and Sales. • Participates in Trade Shows and conducts Lunch-N-Learn presentations. • Periodically updates Sales Literature and Website photos/description. • Responsible for sourcing and distributing marketing materials.

REQUIREMENTS • 8+ Years direct technical sales experience (sales of engineered products to chemical or petrochemical process industry a plus). • Experience/Knowledge of ASME Code highly preferred. • Technical Degree or related experience. • Proficient MS Office and CRM skills. • Ability to travel nationally 40%. • Professional demeanor. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
