SUMMARY Heavy manufacturer requires an Office Assistant for the Zelienople head office. This person will primarily support the customer service department but be on hand to help other departments out. Weekly work schedule of Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Pay rate is open. Benefits are offered.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Checking job orders and entering them into the computer system • Provide clerical support in other departments when needed • Talk to and assist customers when needed
REQUIREMENTS • This is an entry level position: we are looking for someone who is smart and enthusiastic, that we can train and grow. 1-2 years of office experience is appropriate • Needs to have good Excel skills • Good data entry skills in accuracy and quickness • Strong attention to detail • Flexibility • Good verbal communication skills • Ability to learn and take direction from a team • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
