SUMMARY Heavy manufacturer requires a Human Resources Administrator for the Zelienople head office. This is a newly created position to support the HR Manager, who has too much to do. 20 - 30 hours per week within a Monday - Friday daylight work schedule. Pay rate is open. This job is expected to last through the Summer 2018, and depending on the workload may be needed for the future.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Recruitment - posting jobs, screening resumes, setting up interviews for hiring managers. Coordinating offers of employment, and background checks. New hire paperwork. • Benefits - enrolling employees in benefits. Processing paperwork. • Tracking PTO time. • Competing and filing termination paperwork for employees. • Assist in updating the employee policy and procedure manual. • Filing and HRIS work.
REQUIREMENTS • Seeking a candidate who has experience in human resources, in as many areas of the responsibilities as possible. • Needs to have good Excel skills. • Good data entry skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Able to take long-term part time role. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
