PRIMARY FUNCTION: We currently seek an individual who will supervise all maintenance and repair activities, custodial activities and security staff at the Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh, according to schedules provided. This role will be responsible for reporting on the completion of tasks assigned to each discipline, and ensure that quality standards are met or exceeded. PM/Night shift primary FP&O resource and support for special events. POC for event staff.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Minimum, a high school education. Minimum, 5 years of experience at a supervisory level managing and directing the maintenance, security, and custodial work for a large facility. LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver’s license
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: Working knowledge of MS Windows, Word and Excel. Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate efforts of a multidiscipline maintenance department. Ability to monitor and work within fixed annual operating budgets.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position requires working various schedules and times including daylight, evenings, nights, and weekends.
