Currently seeking candidate to provide server and systems support, troubleshoot problems, and provide hands-on support for IT issues within the internal and external customer environments. Work with Windows Server environments, Exchange Server, Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services, and network infrastructure including: switches, routers, firewalls and a variety of other technologies.
Candidate will assist with configuration, design, maintain, analysis and troubleshooting for internal and external customer environments; including Windows server administration, virtualization, performance tuning, network connectivity, backups and restore. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Maintain documentation of client networks and systems. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks, and provide support for escalated trouble tickets.
This is a 2nd shift opening from 12:30pm - 10:30pm, Wednesday - Saturday.
Experience with the Microsoft Windows Server operating system including installation, management, application deployment, and security
Administration and configuration of Exchange 2010/2013/2016
Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 and 2016 administration and migrations
Administration and migration experience with Office 365 and Azure
Excellent organizational skills, including maintenance and design of policies and procedures including forms, call tickets and client service records
Ability to work independently or as part of a group, including direction and implementation of projects from inception to completion
Previous experience as a help desk technician, computer technician, or IT support.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve multiple issues.
Experience working with network and server management support.
Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, and upgrades.
