All Lines Technology is seeking a Help Desk Analyst. In this role you will provide in-person, phone and remote support for IT-related issues. You will be responsible for assigning incoming tickets from email and end user portal to identify a proper escalation route. You will also be providing day-to-day operational service and support with professionalism and efficiency.
