Job Overview: This position plays an integral role in supporting Dollar Bank’s ability to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of its information assets. This position will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enforcing multiple data security standards, processes and initiatives. This position is also responsible for managing mainframe and distributed source code and distribution, user access mainframe and distributed as well as third party security. Maintains programming for user certifications, Participates in project life cycles, analyzes and resolves issues relating to security reporting, accesses and change control. Provide staff training, plans project workloads and attends project meetings.
Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field required and minimum of four years’ experience required. Will consider commensurate experience. * W orking knowledge of Windows Active Directory, CICS and TSO. * Proficient with ACF2, Identity Manager, UNIX, Endevor, RBAC and Group Policy * Understanding of cryptography/digital certificates. * Familiarity with application of technology industry, trends and best practices for banking industry. * Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience required. * Project management, standards and processes documentation experience preferred. * Effective research, written/verbal communications, planning and time management skills required. * Working knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Office software.
Principle Activities and Duties: * Configures and implements program change control systems on mainframe and distributed systems. * Designs, implements, and administers security solutions in a distributed systems environment. * Maintains security patching for Ident ity Manager remote agents and password synchronization. * Distributes software releases and upgrades. * Works with project teams to provide security guidance for secure platforms. * Develops log monitoring processes, security analysis for adherence to security guidelines. * Assist in identifying security risks and threats by participating in security reviews, evaluations, and product presentations. * Gathers, analyzes, and responds to security log and report data, trending analysis. * Support and enforce Data Security standards, guidelines, processes, and procedures. * Integral part of the Information Security team addressing objectives and priorities. * Support compliance efforts (i.e. PCI, OCC, FFIEC, SOX, et.al). * Acts as a team leader: ability to effectively mentor, team build and coach. * Ability to determine training needs, produce employee continuous devel opment plans and provide feedback and coaching to mentor for future roles and promote continuous learning. * Develop, monitor, maintain, and update data stands for information systems. Develops specific plans to accomplish project objectives (i.e. project goals, milestones, and deadlines and identifies specific resource needs in order to meet business objectives). * Use information gathering techniques to solicit new and additional information or details needed from other sources. * Participate in new system development and implementations to ensure development efforts are adequately incorporated into the system. * Ensure effectiveness of controls according to industry negotiations. * Coordinate security objectives through incident response/escalation process. * Provide awareness and training for information security protocols.
