SUMMARY Professional Butler office seeks an Administrative Support person to manage tasks and documents for a department.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Answering phones and assisting callers • Scheduling appointments, keeping calendars and making travel arrangements • Processing expense reports • Gathering and tracking data using Excel spreadsheets • Receiving and proof reading documents for errors and omissions. Scanning and uploading Word documents and converting to Adobe PDF documents • Typing up professional correspondence and documents using templates in Word • Tracking data for reports and running reports for management
Weekly work schedule of Monday -- Friday 8:00 am -- 4:30 pm. Pays $15.00 an hour. This is expected to be a six month assignment.
REQUIREMENTS • Professional office experience • Experience editing and formatting documents • Professional phone and writing skills • Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills. Ability to create Adobe PDF files. Proficient typing skills • Able to handle multiple tasks and projects • Ability to spot errors; edit and correct documents • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
