The System Administrator II position should be an experienced and well rounded administrator. The individual will be responsible for assisting with and providing enterprise systems design, technical project leadership, system implementations, thin client migration transformation, ongoing operational support, proactive analysis, printer farm management and capacity planning. The individual must have a strong background in Microsoft based systems and the interrelated technologies. The individual will assist in problem solving, as well as identifying and presenting technology solutions to support the requirements of the business. This position requires knowledge of all systems infrastructure including server operating system implementation and administration, performance and capacity analysis, Storage Area Networks, and a detailed understanding between systems, applications and the network.

Creation and maintenance of system documentation standards ? Determine and maintain software upgrades and patch installs for servers ? Escalates issues to the System Administration Manager as required, to meet documented service level requirements for ticket resolution. 6. Availability for scheduled after-hours and weekend support based on defined policy. 7. Complete projects and tasks independently and with limited direct supervision 8. Stays current with trends and best practices, and seeks relevant information regarding trends and best practices in the industry. 9.
