Apply clinical expertise to support Net Health University’s growth and strategic direction through the development and implementation of learning opportunities. The primary focus of this position is to design and deliver content for application based programs for clients and employees. This position also serves as a consultant to other teams in their specific area of clinical expertise with the objective of identifying specific learning needs in consultation, facilitation and collaboration across functional units to support the attainment of business objectives.

Essential Job Functions:
Design, develop and deliver learning content for clients and employees using various delivery methods that lead to immediate adoption and use of our Net Health products.
Serve as subject matter expert to the Product Development team by applying knowledge of current best clinical practices to influence product development.
Assist the Instructional Designer in designing learning programs for Net Health products and development based on knowledge of best clinical and business practices, as well as compliance requirements.
Act as point of contact for clinical queries to both internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in defining requirements for clinical functionality and designing related content.
Approve learning objectives, plans and content to meet the scope of training needs by user role.
Oversee internal product trainings and development of materials/processes to ensure cross departmental understanding of added software features.
Determine need for revision of existing training materials and programs based on audit results, questionnaires, changing procedures and feedback from internal/ external customers.
Create, improve, and approve written training guides and materials.
Collaborate with technical writers to verify clinical relevancy of technical guides.
Review technical documents before distribution to ensure accurate representation of clinically relevant scenarios and workflows.
Contribute to QA process by validating satisfaction of defined requirements and identifying and communicating found defects.
Serve as a resource to sales prospects to provide clarity regarding functionality and customizability.
