Our Client, an industry-leading global manufacturer headquartered in Pittsburgh, is currently seeking candidates for a Software Engineering Team Leader role. This will be a great opportunity for a Sr. level .NET Developer to take their career to the next level and mentor, train, and supervise the work of a small team while remaining hands-on with day-to-day development work.

Supervise software engineers performing research, development, design, project engineering, and other engineering related tasks while performing senior level software engineering duties.
Provide technical guidance and assign tasks to a team of up to four Software Engineers
Determine achievable goals for the team to complete over a project cycle, development cycle, review period, or other period
Update the Engineering Manager on the status of team activities
Assign team resources to help customers and internal personnel troubleshoot problems related to team responsibilities
Train members of the team on appropriate engineering and quality assurance subjects
Use and expand your knowledge of relational database fundamentals, Microsoft Visual Studio, source control, HTML, web services, object-oriented programming concepts, and UI design basics
Manage software development projects involving custom integrations with ERP software systems
B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
Five or more years of development or software engineering experience in a .NET environment
Preferred background includes prior experience with relational databases and ERP software, and exposure to manufacturing environments.
Microsoft Visual Studio, HTML, web services, object-oriented programming, and UI design.
