Contract to hire opportunity located in the North Hills
The Project Assistant is an administrative person for the company’s project(s). The Project Assistant will assist with the setting up of projects in the company’s systems, support the developers’ team as needed and perform other non-project related administrative duties.
Manage the set-up of projects in the company systems and production schedule.
Develop reports from the various systems when necessary.
Organize project folders, subfolders and other content.
Assist developers’ team on projects and assignments as needed.
Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all related systems and MS Office products.
Take notes during weekly meetings.
Coordinate various office related activities.
Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation.
Assist in gathering assets for projects.
Perform testing and Q&A for interactive applications.
Document and maintain company’s equipment inventory.
Manage shipping of equipment and other administrative duties as assigned.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE,KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency.
0 – 2 years as Administrative Assistant or Project Manager Assistant.
