The PED Technical Sales Manager (TSM) Eastern USA is responsible for proactively supporting the sale of PED products within their given sales territory. They act as the team leader for sales situations, as technical liaison and ensure professional development of the sales situation. The technical sales manager must ensure that the sales cycle runs smoothly and that customer needs are addressed effectively throughout the entire process.

Key Job Elements:
Manages customer situations and designs strategies necessary to maximize customer satisfaction
Provides support to front line sales people (RSM’s) overseeing presentations, technical support, and customer presentations.
Help to generate profitable PED business in their given territory.
Engage customer at request of RSM (Regional Sales Manager)
Serve as primary POC after initial RSM qualification and hand-off
Qualify and determine best sales strategy for customer inquiry
Provide specific quotations for "standard" products.
Understand and communicate technical aspects of an opportunity to PM (Product Manager) and to kick off team
Provide feedback to PM's for new products and improvements to existing ones
