RDX has 20 years of experience providing remote support services to over 400 customers worldwide. We are also the single largest provider of remote databases and OS services, currently employing over 150 expert professionals. This position would require you to be onsite at our corporate headquarters in Warrendale, PA. This is not a remote opportunity. SUMMARY : Manage an assigned number of RDX customer accounts and work with the clients in a non technical arena, i.e. billing, feedback\complaints, contract increases, decreases and terminations. Attends and answers customer questions during the customer integration meetings where a new customer/client is walked through the on-board stages to be fully integrated with RDX. Create long term relationships with the portfolio of assigned clients. The account manager serves to understand the customer's demands, plan how to meet these demands, and generate sales for the company as a result.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manages New and existing customer accounts
Manage and solve conflicts with clients; Reaches out to clients as needed to gather feedback and address concerns
Monitors customer/client hours, emails clients when they have used 80% or more of their hours, and informs DBAs of their preference for moving forward
Attends Introduction and Kick off meetings with the Customer Integration Team.
Attends customer weekly status meetings as needed
Manages Contract increases, decreases and terminations and works closely with the Contract Administrator.
Reviews company survey responses and addresses as necessary
Schedules and facilitates meetings with technical staff when clients express concerns
Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-sellingand cross-selling
Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
Establish budgets with the client and company
Meet time deadlines for accounts
