The Office Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks in support of the corporate headquarters for Voci. Areas which this function will be involved included finance, human resources, operations, administration and information technology. In many cases, you will be assigned tasks that require not only tactical performance of the duty, but also evaluation of how to improve and perform the function more effectively. In addition, documentation of the process for performing the task will be required so that it is clear to others the process to follow as well as to ease the transition of functions from one to another (including cross training).
Support Finance functions:
Spreadsheet coordination and maintenance;
Support HR Function:
Employment related paperwork;
Coordinate company communication;
Employee manual coordination;
Office and employee functions.
Internal IT needs;
Scripts to get data for billing;
Phone system support.
Travel / meeting coordination.
Customer contract management;
Assistance with license expiration/renewal;
Assistance with use of SalesForce.com (reports, data entry, etc.).
Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Education & Experience
College degree preferred;
Previous experience in use of Microsoft Office suite and or Google Docs;
Start-up company experience in a fast paced dynamic environment highly desirable.
Positive attitude, a strong work ethic and able to work well on small teams;
Analytical thinker, ability to identify and solve problems in a logical manner;
Ability to take a task and run with minimal supervision;
Ability to identify, recommend and implement improvements to processes;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Highly organized with excellent time management skills;
