Our Client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, has an immediate need for a Deskside Support consultant. The position is located east of downtown Pittsburgh. This is a 12 month contract assignment. Ideal candidates must have 5+ years of deskside support experience in an enterprise size environment.
Proficient troubleshooting skills that includes hardware, software, and other break/fix issues which might include printing, networking, file shares, etc.
Solve customer support issues by visiting the end-user's location.
Provide support in an office or manufacturing environment that will consist of standard PC hardware and software troubleshooting.
Adhere to written procedures and communicate well with customers, peers and managers.
Windows 7 Operating System, Cisco network troubleshooting,
Microsoft Office Application support, break/fix, printer support, enterprise size ticketing system, Anti virus software
Prior applicable experience: 5+ years of deskside support experience in an enterprise size environment
Education: Associates degree or higher-not required
