fi360 is looking for a focused and accomplished Scrum Master to join a growing team of talented and driven team members to create the newest version of its flagship technology product. We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master that will serve as coach, mentor, talent elevator, strategic planner and overall mediator of the challenges that arise from development teams and product owners. We are seeking an individual that has experience managing 1-2 SCRUM/Agile teams building, large scale enterprise products. Our team is lean, agile, and on a mission to accomplish great things.
Lead day to day execution of one or more scrum teams
Work with other established Scrum Masters to achieve end goals
Facilitate daily standups with team, including stakeholders
Facilitate sprint planning sessions and provide sprint commitment updates to business
Facilitate retrospective meetings and track actions to closure
Ability to lead daily scrum calls/meetings, working with the sprints, conducting all the required agile ceremonies
Optimize working relationships within the team and understand individual team member talents
Champion the business needs of the project: collaborate with Product Management and challenge changes in scope to ensure business needs are understood
Utilize JIRA to track stories and team metrics
Owns the Scrum process and ensures the team(s) are utilizing it to full efficiency.
Collects and analyzes quantitative and qualitative sprint data to identify and address areas for improvement.
Coach team on a micro and macro level to reach their greatest potential
Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
Understand basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
Understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics
Understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition
Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices
Knowledge/Abilities: (at full job performance)
Extensive/considerable knowledge of:
Agile and Scrum philosophy and practical application of Agile and Scrum
Experience using JIRA, Confluence, or similar products to help manage sprints and releases
Experience generating sound metrics for improvement of Agile processes and Productivity
Ability to identify RISKS or ISSUES during the sprint and help team in resolution of issues which impede progress
Experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing
Applicable knowledge of the .NET technologies used by the team
Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques used in the Scrum approach
Ability to improve team maturity levels in understanding process and improving productivity in terms of velocity
Ability to interpret burn down charts, SCRUM & Kanban boards to know the teams progress
Experience working with globally distributed teams
Facilitate meetings for the team which includes preparation, moderation and post meeting follow-up and documentation

Minimum Educational Level Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology, or related discipline.
Minimum Experience Level Required: Minimum 2-4 years of prior experience as Scrum Master
Able to perform duties without direct supervision.
Ability to work independently, and as part of a team, on multiple tasks.
Assists with mentoring team members by providing advice and coaching on Agile processes
Certificates and Licenses:
Not required but would be a plus: Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM)
