Assists Disposables Manuufacturing function in all aspects of product assembly and testing.
Responsible for producing a quality medical device by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and validated processes.
Accountable for meeting production plans by completing Manufacturing orders on a timely basis.
Coordinates with Quality Control in-process inspections and final verification and testing.
Performs daily and periodic scheduled cleaning and maintenance of the controlled cleanroom environment.
Monitors supply inventory.
Ability to read and understand complex component and assembly drawings and detailed work instructions
Ability to utilize a microscope, small hand tools and measurement equipment
Dexterity and attention to detail and ability to assemble complex assemblies under magnification
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced team environment
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office application and on-line databases
Medical device experience is a definite plus.
