We have an exciting hands-on marketing leadership opportunity for a fast-evolving and rapidly growing telehealth player in the Pittsburgh market. Iagnosis, which offers the consumer teledermatology service DermatologistOnCall®, has an immediate need for an experienced Director of Marketing Operations.
The Director of Marketing Operations, reporting to the VP of Marketing, is expected to be an individual contributor who will provide proactive management of reporting projects and lead the conversation on how we can optimize conversions and ROI. We seek someone who is high-energy, collaborative, and diligent about data and the mechanics of marketing to help generate revenue. You’ll work cross-functionally to make sure we have the correct reporting infrastructure in place and to communicate reporting-derived insights in a timely manner that can steer important company decisions.

Minimum 6 years of progressive marketing operations management experience
At least 2 years’ hands-on experience using a marketing automation tool (Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, Eloqua, etc.)
Google Analytics expertise
Experience in a direct-to-consumer marketing environment
Experience using various tools to aid in the marketing operations function
Experience with SEM (paid search) and social media campaign management and reporting are bonuses, but not required.
