The Account Manager, Talent Services works on a daily basis to contact new customers and clients to discuss how their needs could be met by OpenArc’s services. The Account Manager, Talent Services answers customer questions about offerings, prices, and availability. He or she works closely with our team of recruiters and should be an effective communicator with the ability to provide keen insights and valuable perspectives to our clients. The Account Manager, Talent Services should be adept at building lasting relationships, and able to communicate details of each client to management and the recruiters within the organization.
Communicate with prospective and existing customers to identify opportunities.
Drive Sales activity process from identification to appointment and hand-off.
Partner and form trusted relationships with Hiring Managers and recruiters to identify, sell, and deliver candidates that meet the clients’ needs and expectations.
Ability to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT positions; the Account Manager also reviews, and presents resumes to hiring managers.
Demonstrate commitment and versatility, creates empathy and trust. Proven capability to approaching new prospects and support related sales initiatives.
Act as the front line of helping our client organizations more effectively manage their recruitment strategy.
Consistently achieve set goals each quarter, grow the number of new accounts and work on building larger deals to increase territory over time.
Drive sales activity process from identification to close.
Build and manage relationships within the client and cultivate opportunities within existing clients.
Review candidate resumes and be able to talk with clients to represent their skills, background, technical ability, and cultural fit.
Identify and qualify opportunities within existing clients.
Develop accurate message to respond to specifics of client situation and needs.
Define pricing strategy for each service/project within the client.
Follow up on the meeting of the clients expectations and the level of their satisfaction
Review and understand technical job requirements for open positions.
Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met and present all candidates to clients in a professional manner.
Research new technologies and educate clients on industry trends and hiring processes.
