SUMMARY National Service Provider is growing and looking to add an Administrative Assistant to support their Sales Representatives. This person becomes part of the regional administrative team in the Warrendale, PA office.

POSITION Responsibilities include:
Provides administrative support to company sales staff
Prepares proposals and contracts for customers
Sets up and updates customer accounts in the software system
Pays $14.00 an hour with increase based on performance. Benefits are offered. Weekly work schedule of Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
At least two years of experience providing administrative support
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong verbal and written English
Strong time management skills with ability to anticipate needs
Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills, including the ability to create spreadsheets
Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
