We are currently seeking an Audio Conference Specialist to work on a part-time basis, to process and maintain conference reservations; set up and manage both audio and video conferences; provide good customer service support and communicate well with sales people.
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical discipline
2-3 years of professional work experience
Good phone presence
Excellent verbal/English skills
Good interpersonal/organizational skills
Knowledge of a second language – preferably, Spanish or Portuguese – a plus.
A background in Teaching is a plus
PC/Windows skills required
Microsoft applications, Internet, network and other technical skills are preferred
