We are in search of a capable Controller with operational and materials handling experience. This position will support a technical sales and service organization, with responsibilities for timely and accurate preparation and/or review of financial reporting package for the senior leadership team. Providing supporting documentation and workflow processes. Additional duties include:
Coordinating the annual audit.
Preparing job cost and sales analysis reports and spreadsheets.
Support contract negotiations with customer and vendors as required.
Developing strong working relationships with customers to obtain understanding of operational and maintenance processes such as scheduling issues, invoicing procedures, parts and warehousing requirements, communication channels, etc.
Oversee accounting, warehouse and administrative personnel. Ensure department performance for timely delivery of reports to foreign parent company.
This position is also responsible for HR/Personnel.
Experience & Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and 10+ years of related experience, in an industry design and/or manufacturing company.
Valid U.S. Passport and ability to travel periodically.
Strong proficiency in Accounting/ERP systems, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Advanced degree or certification is a plus.
Preference for experience working with a multinational company and dealing with foreign currencies a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team player.
Time management skills, ability to juggle multiple priorities and a variety of responsibilities.
