The Sr QA Analyst for eCommerce Systems will be responsible for testing and validating all systems changes to ensure they meet both functional and non-functional requirements. This individual will help develop the testing roadmap for the eCommerce systems – including unit tests, functional tests, performance test, and automation.
Develop testing strategies to ensure system changes functional and non-functional requirements
Develop testing strategies to ensure system changes do not negatively impact existing functionality
Document test plans for new systems capabilities
Document regression test plans
Prepare and maintain a Standard Operating Procedure manual for all Quality Assurance activities
Perform quality assurance and usability testing of all complex updates and software changes, ensuring all system software is functioning in a manner that is acceptable to the field stores. Recommend course of action when usability problems are discovered
Participate in root cause analysis of processes and results, work to eliminate defect patterns
Report progress toward deadlines
Develop use cases for QA Automation
Help establish QA Automation best practices
Understand the needs of both internal and external customers, solicit feedback
Elevate the needs of the customer to improve effectiveness and efficiency

5 or more years of related experience in both Manual and Automated QA functions developing test plans, test cases, performance, and automation.
Previous experience establishing/implementing Manual and Automated processes, tools, and best practices preferred.
4 year College degree within a technical discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems).
