Entry level to experienced senior executive assistants are encouraged to apply!
General clerical duties including but not limited to office filing, mail preparation, and general phone calls
Ensure all shared spaces in office are maintained and clean
Order office supplies and keep track of office inventory flow
Enter customer purchase orders in inventory system
Web customer service (phone calls and email)
Point of contact with vendors for office equipment issues
Assist with shipping product packages to customers and vendors
Assist CEO and President with filing and special projects as requested
Maintain and update attendance records, phone logs, and other office information
Office stock upkeep; placing orders in inventory system, receiving, and stocking appropriate areas
Other projects as assigned
High school diploma or GED
Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point
Excellent verbal and written skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent time management an multi-tasking skills
