Tier1 is seeking an Operations Administrator to support to our growing company. The Operations Administrator needs to have good oral and written skills and be able to support clerical and administrative operations across multiple platforms. The role is a combination of financials responsibilities, working with our finance group, as well as some client facing communication and systems responsibilities, working with our client services group.
This is a full time position, with strong potential for advancement. Initial Job duties will include both administrative and operational tasks. Preferred candidate will possess knowledge of at least one of the following areas:
Knowledge of operating systems software including but not limited to Quickbooks, Salesforce, Paychex, Desk.com
Approving time and expenses
Inventory and office supply management
Minimum 1 year experience to include the following:
