Our client is looking for a Senior Vice President Professional Services.
Plan and execute a Professional Services function that’s scalable to meet the Company’s goals and objectives while delivering a client experience that exceeds expectations.
List key deliverables of the job and how it contributes to achieve our overall business mission, not how the job will be done
Deliver on profitability, incremental Services bookings, utilization, revenue and margin while demonstrating high levels of client satisfaction
Plan, develop and execute short-term and long-term strategies designed to effectively scale the Professional Services organization to meet the changing needs of the business and translate those strategies into actionable deliverables and programs that are effectively communicated to all stakeholders
Define, implement and enforce processes and procedures for a client-focused, efficient and scalable functioning of the Professional Services organization
Drive operational efficiency through implementation of industry best practices including the key metrics and measurements of a best in class Professional Services organization
Drive an environment focused on continuous improvement and effective communication for running the Professional Services organization
Provide the leadership and create the platform that provides the work environment, tools, infrastructure, processes, people and relationships that will allow employees to excel, meet their client commitments, and grow the account
Collaborate effectively with all functional areas to ensure a positive client experience
People Management Accountabilities:
Demonstrate well-rounded and current skills in all phases of Client Services leadership – including such critical processes as incremental Services bookings, utilization, revenue and margin, process improvement, and leveraging of technology
Identify and recruit internal/external talents to ensure effective mix of competencies.
Induct new joiners in order to quickly maximize performance.
Set and communicate team/individual objectives and KPI to inspire individuals to achieve high performance.
Allocate work load to fully utilize every employee’s talent.
Implement development plans and coach for individuals to reach their maximum talent.
Provide regular constructive feedback on performance/development and address poor/mediocre performance on a timely manner.
Recognize high performers to maintain motivation and retain key talent.
Regularly communicate on company news and team progress against business plan.

Academic and professional qualifications - BS Degree
15+ years of executive experience in an external customer-facing technology role (e.g.
Prior experience building and managing a global Professional Services organization, preferably for a Healthcare IT company
Passion for clients and providing an excellent Professional Services experience
Experience managing a complex Professional Services organization including the ownership of executive relationships and building a Professional Services team
Experience in building and managing offshore resources desirable
Travel requirements – Ability to travel 50 – 75%+, including some international
